Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- 10th & 12th Standard: 60% or above (Open school/distance learning allowed)
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA 6.0 (as per university guidelines)
- Degree: B.E./B.Tech (Compulsory), M.E./M.Tech (5-year integrated)
- Branches: CS/IT and Circuital branches only
- Year of Passing: 2024
Other Criteria:
- Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed (must be cleared with the 8th semester)
- Education Gap: Maximum 3 years between 10th and graduation commencement
- Graduation Timeline: Must be completed within 4 years
- Citizenship: Indian citizens, PIO/OCI holders. Bhutan & Nepal citizens must submit citizenship certificates.
- Age: 18+ during registration
Job Role & Compensation
Designation: Project Engineer
- Annual Salary: ₹3.50 LPA
- Bonus: ₹25K after 6 months (merged with salary after 12 months)
- Yearly Increments
- Additional Bonuses on 18th, 24th & 36th months from the date of joining
Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining with a bond of ₹75,000 (pro-rata basis)
Selection Process
The hiring process consists of three rounds:
Online Assessment (128 Minutes)
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English Verbal Ability (48 mins)
- Essay Writing: Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Coding Test: Two programs in Java, C, C++, or Python (60 mins)

- Wipro has sole discretion in the hiring process and candidate selection.
- Selected candidates must complete pre-skilling training before receiving a final offer.
