HSBC is looking for a Software Engineer to join its team in Hyderabad & Pune. The role involves providing technical support, optimizing Oracle Fusion systems, and ensuring seamless IT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide technical support for HSBC Fusion users, resolving IT incidents efficiently.
✔ Develop system domain expertise in Oracle Fusion (Procurement, Financial, General Ledger modules).
✔ Offer technical guidance and communicate fixes in a user-friendly manner.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and incident resolution.
✔ Conduct training sessions on Oracle Fusion features and best practices.
✔ Optimize processes and suggest system enhancements.
Requirements:
