Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and automate test cases accordingly.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and solutions.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure the stability of software products.
- Identify and report software defects, tracking them to resolution.
- Continuously improve automation test coverage and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Tester, with 3-5 years in automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
